Last week, leaders from Taconic Builders and Bulley & Andrews gathered with Tim Slattery, principal and partner at Hart Howerton, to share insights on navigating job site health, safety, and logistics.

Jim Hanley from Taconic Builders, Rick Juneau and Greg Marquez from Bulley & Andrews discussed plans for maintaining social distancing, providing PPE for staff on job sites, as well as new 3D technologies such as Matterport, which allows for virtual walkthroughs of projects to ensure future the health and safety of future projects.

The group also reviewed the economic impact from the corona virus and its effect on high-end construction.  Both DLN partners agreed that many clients are flocking to their second homes or if they are without, will be in the market for a comfortable, safe environment, that would allow for remote working.
