The latest additions to the DLN team bring broad expertise to the community.

We are thrilled to announce two new additions to the DLN team, who jumped right into things hosting our Business Forum last week. Both new hires will work out of the DLN office in Manhattan, and we can’t wait to see how they support our ability to deliver more of the community experiences, editorial content, and engaging programming for which the DLN is known. They each bring valuable experience in the design community and are poised to help usher in an exciting new chapter for our community. Meet them below.

Amanda Oppenheimer, Membership Coordinator

DLN Members will swiftly get to know Amanda Oppenheimer, who takes over all aspects of Membership, from overseeing the application process and welcoming new Members to connecting Members, Partners, and friends of the DLN as a full-time community convener. If you are a DLN Member with a question or request, Amanda can help! She comes to the DLN from a sales position at RH, where she focused on large-scale design projects and business development for RH Trade. Before that, she took post-graduate courses at NYSID and started her career working for high-end residential interior design firms, including Elias Associates and Leslie (formerly Pamela) Banker Associates.

“We are delighted to welcome Amanda to the DLN,” says Executive Director and COO Michael Diaz-Griffith. “She brings outstanding diligence and warmth to her role, along with a track record of excellence in client services, but what set her apart as a candidate was her abiding love for design and her desire to be a part of a community. As we look to support our Members more thoroughly than ever as creatives, business operators, and leaders in the design industry, it is thrilling to have Amanda on board as a resource and support for each and every DLN Member.”

Zach Mauer, Senior Email and Marketing Manager

Meanwhile, Zach Mauer has joined the team from Hearst, where he oversaw strategy for the publisher’s international cadre of brands, advising on content optimization for names like Esquire, Harpers Bazaar, and Elle. At the DLN, he will be leading strategy across email, social media, and all other marketing. Zach received a Master’s degree in Global Fashion Management from FIT before beginning his career in fashion working for Calvin Klein and HERO magazine as well as freelancing for major brands including Zara, Bode, Sephora, Equinox, and Bloomingdales. He brings his passion for design and strong digital savvy to the DLN team.

“Our content ambitions for the DLN are big—spanning print and digital editorial as well as social media, educational programming, and more,” says Hadley Keller, who joined the DLN as Director of Editorial and Community Engagement earlier this year. “We are thrilled to have a savvy marketing expert on hand to help enact these plans—and ensure that our community is remaining engaged, connected, and supported through everything we produce.”
