Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) practitioner and workplace strategist Jessica Bantom presented a captivating discussion on the benefits of cultural competence for design firms, based on research from her recently published book, Design for Identity: How to Design Authentically for a Diverse World. During the event, Jessica took Members and Partners through her groundbreaking Design for Identity Blueprint, showcasing practical strategies to seamlessly integrate identity into the design process.
