Thank you for your interest in our forum program. The below application will help us to put you with the right group. Please fill this out as completely and honestly, as possible. In order to participate in DLN Forum, you must be a current member,

Forum Specific Information
Are you comfortable with sharing work, personal topics, issues, critical information with members of your industry in your region?
Confidentiality. One of the most important aspects of Forum is confidentiality. It is important to understand that this is key and members can be asked to leave Forum if they breach confidentiality. Do you feel you will be able to trust others with critical information?
Do you have any conflicts for competitive or other reasons that would prevent you from being in a forum with another DLN Member?
Are you able to commit to approximately three to four 24 - 36 hour meetings per year in different locations around the US?

Are you comfortable with possibly assuming responsibility in moderating, budget planning, location research and/or other commitments?
Joining a forum requires a separate yearly fee outside of expenses related to travel, rental space and meals related to forum meetings. This fee covers but is not limited to administrative time and expenses, the professional moderator for your first forum, and other potential communications and events. The initial annual fee will be equal to the annual membership fee of $1,400. Are you comfortable with this expense?
